The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on hw777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be accessing the Platform from within the territory of Indonesia.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party; accounts must be opened and operated solely in your own name and for your own personal entertainment.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of hw777 or any of its affiliated game suppliers.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the hw777 Platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily through a Platform-initiated suspension.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

hw777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by hw777's compliance team may result in account suspension pending investigation.

To access the Services offered by hw777, you are required to create a Member account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide true, complete, and accurate information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address and/or mobile number. hw777 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Member.
2. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active hw777 Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
3. Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you.
4. Account Security: You must notify hw777's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, or if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised. hw777 will not be liable for any loss attributable to unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
5. Account Suspension: hw777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where hw777 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or abuse of bonus programs.

hw777 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant gaming environment. As part of that commitment, the Platform operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC may be triggered at the point of first withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time hw777 deems it appropriate for compliance or security reasons.

hw777 will process KYC submissions within five (5) business days. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending successful completion of KYC. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation during the KYC process will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

All financial transactions on hw777 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hw777 supports the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
3. Own Name Rule: All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party transactions — whether deposits or withdrawals — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and transaction reversal.
4. Processing Times: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited within minutes. Withdrawal processing times are generally between 15 minutes and 4 hours depending on the payment channel and the volume of pending requests at the time of submission. hw777 does not guarantee processing times but aims to fulfil all approved withdrawals within 24 hours.
5. No Fees from hw777: hw777 does not charge a service fee on deposits or withdrawals processed through its supported local payment channels. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
6. Withdrawal Conditions on Bonus Funds: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the rollover requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. Funds that have not met the stated rollover condition are not eligible for withdrawal.
7. Right to Request Documentation: hw777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to KYC documents and evidence of the deposit payment method used.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers made available on the hw777 Platform, unless explicitly overridden by the terms of a specific promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and are subject to the eligibility conditions set out in Clause 2 of these Terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit must be made without an active pending bonus on the Account.
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been satisfied in full. The rollover requirement will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

• All bonuses must be claimed and used within the time limit stated in the specific promotion terms. Unclaimed or expired bonus offers will be removed from the Account automatically.

All games available on the hw777 Platform operate according to the individual rules published within each game interface and the general product rules applicable to each vertical (sports betting, live casino, slots, togel). The following general gameplay conditions apply platform-wide:

• Game Results Are Final: Once a wager has been settled and the result confirmed by the Platform, the outcome is final and cannot be reversed except in cases of a verified system error or a data feed failure that materially affected the result.
• System Errors: hw777 reserves the right to void any wager or game round in the event of a demonstrable system error, data corruption, or software malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hw777 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one hw777 Account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC or compliance process.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional offer.

hw777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following tools, which are accessible at no charge directly from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen notifications at a time interval of your choice to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your Account remains open and your Balance is preserved, but no deposits or wagers can be placed.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hw777.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the hw777 name, logo, or any associated brand assets in connection with any third-party product, service, or website.

Any unauthorised use of hw777's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hw777, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or any Service.
• Any loss of funds arising from account access by an unauthorised third party where such access resulted from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond hw777's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy in game results, odds, or data feeds supplied by third-party providers, where hw777 acted in good faith on the data received.
• Any tax liability incurred by the Member in connection with gambling winnings in their jurisdiction of residence. Members are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax obligations.

In any event, hw777's total liability to any Member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data submitted to hw777 are governed by the hw777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

hw777 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your continued use of the hw777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to request account closure and withdrawal of your Balance.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute, except where a material change was made without the required notice period, in which case the immediately preceding version shall govern.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hw777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body in that jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal arbitration, Members are encouraged to contact hw777's support team to seek an informal resolution. hw777 commits to responding to formal complaints submitted via the official support channels within five (5) business days.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
